You have something to teach the world.
Let's turn it into a learning experience that people will love (and pay for).
Let's turn it into a learning experience that people will love (and pay for).
Why Excite, Enliven, and Empower your Workshop?
Think back to a time in your adult life when you felt the tug of curiosity irresistibly pull you forward, beyond your comfort zone, into the unknown. It may have been triggered by an especially talented and inspiring teacher, or perhaps you were left to figure things out on your own, struggling through a problem, but emerging with a sense of accomplishment. Regardless of how it happened, that tug, that call to live on your edge, is what learning is about. Unfortunately, as adults, we rarely get to experience that zone of curiosity. But when we do, we know we've entered into something special, and that our lives, in big or small ways, will never be the same.
Learning Experiential is all about helping you, the expert in your field, create a learning journey that transforms your participants along the way. Specifically, I work with those who feel called to pass along their message, their skill, their perspective, to others who are hungry to learn. Perhaps you've been giving workshops for years, but you feel that your participants aren't getting as much out of the experience as you'd like them to. Or perhaps you have a message that others want to hear, but you feel stuck trying to turn it into a rich learning experience. Learning Experiential helps those who have something to pass on design and deliver learning experiences that will excite, enliven, and empower.
Here are some of the ways that I help my clients:
- Complete workshop design: I will help you identify what your message is, where you want your participants to be at the end of the workshop, and what learning experiences will get them there. Whether it's a half-day workshop or a week-long workshop, your Learning Experiential workshop will transform your participants.
- Workshop tune-up. I will review your existing workshop and recommend ways to make it more engaging, more experiential, more transformational for your participants. This may include re-sequencing, introducing more experiential components, or clarifying your learning goals. I'll work hand in hand with you to make sure your participants are walking away with all they can get from the time they spent with you.
- Facilitation coaching. How you deliver your workshop and how you interact with your participants is just as important as how well your workshop is designed. I will work with you to develop and hone your group facilitation skills, including communicating, listening, and presence.
Is learning experiential for You?
If you can identify with any of these statements, I believe that you could benefit from a partnership with Learning Experiential.
"Through my own life experiences, interests, and personal growth, I've accumulated a unique set of skills and knowledge that has helped me to grow in amazing ways. I love talking with others and helping them to discover what I've discovered, and I've found that people are hungry for what I have to offer. How can I take my message to scale?" "I've been giving workshops for years, but I feel stale, like I'm just going through the motions. I'd like to experience again the joy of seeing my participants light up as they're surprised by a new understanding or experience. How can I build on what I've done to re-ignite my own passion and also the passion in my participants?" "I'm a master at what I do, and I've developed a workshop to help others grow in my area of expertise. But I'm realizing that, while I'm great at my craft, I'm not necessarily a good workshop facilitator. How can I improve my facilitation skills and techniques?" |
